This is a starting draft written to match how Magsika Studio actually operates today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as a base to edit, not a finished legal document.

Information We Collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email, and anything else included when you submit Start a Project or contact us directly.
- Account & order information — if you create an account to shop in the Store, we collect your name, email, and billing/shipping address, plus your order history.
- Project materials — files, references, or briefs you send us as part of a commission or order (see also our confidentiality terms).
- Payment proof — since payment is by manual bank transfer, you send proof of payment directly to us over WhatsApp. This isn't collected or stored by the website itself.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) and the cart/session cookies described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To process orders and commissions, match payments to the right order, and deliver files
- To reply to briefs and contact you about your order or project
- To keep records of inquiries and orders, which we rely on since automated email isn't guaranteed to arrive
We don't sell your information to third parties.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of functional cookies — mainly from WooCommerce, to keep track of your cart and session, and from WordPress, to keep you logged into your account. We don't currently run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-Party Services
- WooCommerce — powers the Store, cart, and checkout, running on this site.
- Email delivery (SMTP) — form submissions and order emails are sent through a third-party mail provider so they reach us reliably.
- WhatsApp — used for order confirmations, payment proof, and customer service. Conversations there are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy practices, not this policy.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet basic bookkeeping needs. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see Your Rights below.
Your Rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. There's no automated self-service for this yet — contact us directly and we'll handle it.
Children's Privacy
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the business grows — the "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
