Last updated: August 6, 2026. These terms cover orders placed through the Store and custom commissions booked via Start a Project.
This is a starting draft written to match how Magsika Studio actually operates today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as a base to edit, not a finished legal document, especially before relying on it for a dispute.
By placing an order in the Store or submitting a brief through Start a Project, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order — contact us any time.
01
Definitions
"Studio," "we," "us," "our" — Magsika Studio.
"You," "Client" — the person or organization placing an order or submitting a brief.
"Services" — the Store, custom commissions, online classes, and any other service offered on this site.
"Content" — files, 3D models, images, briefs, or other materials involved in an order.
02
Eligibility & Your Account
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Store orders require creating an account so manual bank transfers can be matched to the right order. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account.
Give us accurate contact and payment information; we can't process an order we can't verify.
03
Orders & Payment
All orders are currently paid by manual bank transfer. After checkout, you'll see our bank details and be asked to send proof of payment over WhatsApp. Orders are confirmed by us once payment is verified — until then, an order is considered pending, not accepted.
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed; any bank or conversion fees on your end are your responsibility.
We aim to confirm payment and begin processing within 1–2 business days of receiving proof of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we can't fulfil (for example, a listing taken down after purchase).
04
Custom Commission Process
Custom work follows the process described on the Services page: brief, quote, production, delivery.
A quote is based on the brief as given. Scope changes after work has started may affect price and timeline — we'll always confirm with you before adjusting either.
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the complexity of the brief and current workload.
The number of revision rounds included is agreed with you before production starts. Revisions beyond that may incur an additional cost.
05
Confidentiality of Client-Submitted Materials
If you share files, references, brand assets, or other materials with us — whether alongside a Store order or as part of a commission brief — we treat that information as confidential under the terms below.
Purpose
Materials you share with us are used only to evaluate and complete the project you shared them for.
Confidential Information
Any files, 3D models, designs, concepts, briefs, or related materials you send us are considered confidential and are not disclosed to any third party.
Our Obligations
We agree to:
Use your materials solely to evaluate and complete your project
Not reproduce, distribute, or share them without your written consent
Protect them with reasonable security measures
Duration
This confidentiality commitment applies indefinitely, unless ended by mutual written agreement.
Exclusions
This doesn't apply to information that:
Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of ours
We already knew before you shared it with us
Governing Law
This section, like the rest of these Terms, is governed by applicable law.
For larger commissions involving sensitive or unreleased material, we're happy to sign a standalone NDA on request — just mention it when you submit your brief.
06
Acceptable Use
When using the Store or our Services, you agree not to:
Use them for anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights
Submit briefs or reference material you don't have the right to share with us
Resell, redistribute, or misrepresent purchased digital files beyond the license granted with them
Abuse, harass, or misrepresent yourself to the studio or its team
07
Digital Delivery
Digital products and commissioned files are delivered electronically — typically a download link (Store orders) or a direct file transfer (commissions). Keep your own backup once received; we're not responsible for files lost after delivery, though we'll try to help if you contact us within a reasonable time.
08
Intellectual Property & Licensing
Store products: buying a listing grants you a license to use the file as described on that product's page. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, you're not buying the right to resell, redistribute, or re-upload the source file itself as your own product.
Custom commissions: unless agreed otherwise in writing, you receive usage rights to the finished deliverable for the purpose stated in your brief. Magsika Studio retains the right to display finished (non-confidential) work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise.
09
Physical Products & Shipping
3D-printed physical products currently ship from our locations in Indonesia, Australia, and the United States — see the 3D Printing Service page for details. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed with your quote. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is handed to the courier — contact us if something arrives damaged and we'll help sort it out with the courier.
10
Refunds & Cancellations
Digital products are generally non-refundable once the download has been delivered, since the file can't be "returned." If a file is genuinely broken or not as described, contact us — we'll fix it or refund it.
Custom commissions can be cancelled before production starts for a full refund. Once production has started, any work already completed is non-refundable; we'll only refund the unstarted portion.
We do our best to deliver accurate, working files and to meet the timelines we agree to. To the extent allowed by law, Magsika Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services — our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12
General Provisions
Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where Magsika Studio is based.
Disputes: we'd rather resolve issues directly — contact us first before escalating anywhere else.
Severability: if any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with any written agreement for a specific commission, are the entire agreement between you and Magsika Studio for that order.
13
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the business grows — the "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to order after an update means you accept the current version.
